Vegetable Remarks
Baby beets Some beets are large enough to qualify as nice baby beets. Sweet and tender. Sold with greens at this point.
Basil Moderate supply of sweet basil and purple basil. Please wait until the plants are a little larger for pesto.
Cilantro Lots of nice cilantro.
Dill weed Excellent supply and quality.
Flowers to cut Lavender, German statice, and Shasta daisies are in full bloom. Baby's breath, butterfly bush, cleome, zinnias and some other flowers are ready to pick. There are still a few delphiniums.
Kohl-rabi Good supply of small kohl-rabi.
Lovage Good quality and lots of flavor for soups and stews.
New Potatoes The early white potatoes are ready to dig for new potatoes. Small and sweet.
Oregano Good quality. Suitable for use fresh or drying.
Peapods Peapods picking is fairly fast. Excellent quality and supply.
Peas Very limited supply and slow, slow picking. More peas soon.
Peppermint Lots of mint is ready to cut.
Snap peas We have a very good supply of snap peas today. Top quality. Fast picking.
Zucchini Good supply of small to medium zucchini and yellow crookneck squash.

Sat and Sun 9-5
